Doug Holte


Doug Holte is President of Irvine Company Office Properties. In his position, Mr. Holte is responsible for the overall performance of the Irvine Company’s portfolio of office properties in Orange County, San Diego, West Los Angeles and Bay Area. These responsibilities include supervision of leasing, operations, marketing, finance, development and acquisition of office properties.

Mr. Holte joined the Irvine Company in 2009 after a 22-year career as a principal in development, investment and asset management with the international real estate firm Hines. During his Hines career, Mr. Holte has been responsible for more than 15 million square feet of office development, property acquisition and third-party client service assignments throughout the West Coast and Southeast regional markets.

Mr. Holte is on the Advisory Council for the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate, and a Board member for the Orange County Community Foundation. He is a graduate of University of Southern California and received his Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University.

Steve Case

Executive Vice President

Steve Case is Executive Vice President of Irvine Company Office Properties. Mr. Case is responsible for the leasing and marketing strategies and results for the Company’s 42 million square feet of office properties in Orange County, San Diego, Silicon Valley, West Los Angeles, and Chicago.

During his tenure, Irvine Company Office Properties has leased over 75 million square feet to leading companies such as Apple, 20th Century Fox, PIMCO, Goldman Sachs and KPMG.

Prior to joining Irvine Company, Steve Case was the Senior Managing Director of CBRE, responsible for the Orange County region. During his 21 years with CBRE, Steve was a top broker in Orange County and held various leadership positions with the company.

As an active participant in the community, Mr. Case is on the Advisory Board of Kidworks, a founding board member of Building Block Foundation, on the Executive Council of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate and is on the Advisory Committee for the Orange County United Way.

Steve received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and marketing from the University of Southern California. He also completed executive education programs at Stanford University and Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Mike Bennett

Senior Vice President, Operations

Michael Bennett has over twenty four years of commercial real estate experience in Office, Industrial and Retail product encompassing disciplines of development, acquisition and leasing with a broad emphasis on operations.  He currently oversees  operations for both Office and Campus Office portfolios totaling approximately 35 million square feet.  In addition, he is responsible for oversight of portfolio retail amenities, asset management of parking operations and leading portfolio acquisition due diligence.

Prior to joining the Irvine Company, Mr. Bennett was Managing Director for Insignia/ESG.  He was responsible for all operations for the Orange County and San Diego Regions totaling 28 million square feet.  In addition, he served as Vice President for Insignia’s Property Consulting entity, which serviced over 50 million square feet of horticulture, roofing and mechanical engineering.  Before becoming Managing Director he served as Director of Property Management for Irvine Company’s industrial portfolio comprising 14 million square feet throughout California.  His contributions included performing as Account Executive for The Irvine Company while expanding this portfolio from 5 million square feet in 1996 to 14 million square feet within five years.  Mr. Bennett developed strong expertise in new development  review and transition, acquisition due diligence, customer programs and employee training/leadership development.

Before joining Insignia/ESG, Mr. Bennett worked for Prentiss Properties and Parco Development where he performed roles in acquisition, disposition, leasing, property management and development.  This diverse experience provides a unique foundation to anticipate customer needs, resolve issues and maximize asset value.

Mr. Bennett is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton with emphasis in Business, Finance and holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License. He has held several important industry leadership positions, including, President, Irvine Spectrumotion Board of Directors, BOMA Orange County Board of Directors and BOMA San Diego Advisory Board.


Tom Sullivan

Group Senior Vice President, Development and Construction

Tom Sullivan is Irvine Company Office Properties’ group senior vice president of development and construction, reporting to President Doug Holte.

He is responsible for the delivery of large scale new developments and the continuous improvement of the firm’s 44 million square foot office portfolio. He and his dedicated team of real estate professionals are committed to bringing to life vibrant workplace communities designed to lead and align with progressive trends in the market. 

He has been involved in high profile projects in the Orange County and San Diego regions, including office, hotel and retail developments.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics from the University of San Francisco. He is currently a member of Lambda International and the Urban Land Institute.

Hanns Lee

Regional Senior Vice President

Hanns Lee is Regional Senior Vice President, Bay Area for Irvine Company Office Properties. In his position, Mr. Lee is responsible for the growth and performance of the company's portfolio of office properties in the Bay Area of Northern California. These responsibilities include acquisition, development, leasing and operations of office properties.

Mr. Lee has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate business where he was involved in more than 10 million square feet of acquisitions and development throughout Northern California. Prior to joining the Irvine Company in 2014, he was Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group’s Northern California regional officer. Mr. Lee also spent 12 years at the West Coast regional office of Hines where he was involved in acquisitions, development and asset management throughout Northern California.

Mr. Lee is a member of SPIRE (Stanford Professionals in Real Estate) and Lambda Alpha International land economics honor society. He is also a retired U.S. Army Captain who served honorably on active duty in Europe and Africa. Mr. Lee graduated with an engineering degree from Stanford University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Lauren Kelly

Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer

Lauren Kelly joined Irvine Company in 2014 as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of the Office division. In her position, Ms. Kelly is responsible for all aspects of marketing and brand performance for Irvine Company Office Properties. She also oversees New Development and Portfolio Marketing; Customer and Marketplace Insights; Product Innovation; Creative Services and Interactive Marketing.

Previously, Ms. Kelly led Global Strategy for Dell's Commercial Business, representing over $60 billion in revenue across all lines of business. In this role, she led a global team focused on driving holistic long-term strategies, identifying big bets for future growth, and pursuing business development activities that advance this strategic agenda.

Prior to joining Dell, Ms. Kelly spent nine years with PepsiCo, most recently serving as Senior Director of Strategy for PepsiCo Americas Foods, a $22B division of the company. In this role, she led a strategy team focused on identifying global growth and expansion opportunities.

Lauren holds a BA in psychology from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
