Kandy joined the 20-40 Pacifica Team in 2011, and as Director, oversees Spectrum Office high rise and low rise. Kandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Redlands, and is a Certified Property Manager.
Sandra joined Irvine Company in November 2007. An industry veteran, Sandra holds a CPM designation and belongs to the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Sandra has direct responsibility for the management of 20-40 Pacifica and Spectrum Court buildings.
Brittney began her career with Irvine Company in 2014 and will be supporting 20-40 Pacifica and Spectrum Court. She attended Chaffey College, majoring in Business Administration.
Kristie Lew joined the Spectrum Office Team as the Associate in July 2016. Kristie received her Bachelor of Social Sciences Degree in Sociology and a Minor in Education from UC Irvine, as well as her MBA from Concordia University.
Robina joined the Irvine Company in 2019 as part of the Apartment Communities division. She joined Irvine Company Office Properties in 2021 and now supports the high rise properties at 20 & 40 Pacifica.
Rick joined the Irvine Spectrum team in October 2011 as Senior Chief Engineer responsible for the oversight of all Spectrum Center Properties.
Andrew joined the Irvine Company in 2012 and worked at both Newport Center and Spectrum Center. He completed his HVAC training at Orange Coast College.
Joe joined Irvine Company in 2016. Prior to joining the Irvine Spectrum team, he worked at Newport Center. Joe obtained his HVAC certification from Orange Coast College. He is responsible for day to day duties at 20 Pacifica, but will assist at 40 Pacifica as well.
Arthur joined Irvine Company in October 2016 and is currently in the process of obtaining his HVAC certification from Orange Coast College. Arthur is responsible for day to day duties at 40 Pacifica, but will assist at 20 Pacifica as well.
Andrew Forbes began his career working as a Technician with Irvine Apartment Communities. He has worked at a number of different portfolios including Mariner Square and The Park. Andrew is the maintenance techinican for both 20 and 40 Pacifica.
