Jennifer joined Irvine Company in 2006 and is responsible for operations in the company's downtown San Diego portfolio which includes Symphony Towers, Wells Fargo Plaza, 225 Broadway, 101 West Broadway, 501 West Broadway and One America Plaza.
As Senior Manager, Traci is responsible for the day-to-day operations of 501 West Broadway & One America Plaza. Traci joined Irvine Company in 2011 and her experience includes managing several Class A office properties in downtown San Diego and Chicago.
Being a seasoned professional with over 20 years in the work force and as an educator, Vivian joined the Irvine Company supporting the Downtown and Mission Valley Portfolio and was recently promoted to Manager of Operations.
Brooke originally joined the Irvine Company in 2012 and spent 5 years as a part of the operations teams at several downtown properties. She has recently returned to support 501 West Broadway, One America Plaza and Columbia Garage.
Andrea graduated from the University of San Diego with a degree in Finance. She first joined the Irvine Company in 2019 as an associate for La Jolla Center. Andrea now supports the 501 West Broadway and One America operations team. She is excited to be a part of the team.
As Building Engineer I, Raul is responsible for the daily operations at 501 West Broadway. He performs a variety of tasks each day, including adjusting office temperatures as well as completing preventative maintenance on the building’s operating systems. Raul has been at 501 since 2000.
Hector began working with the Irvine Company in 2022 and recently made to the transition to 501 West Broadway as a Maintenance Technician. Hector is looking forward to his future with Irvine Company and learning from his new team.
Christian began working for the Irvine Company as a Maintenance Tech in 2018. In the last few years, he has been promoted several times and now holds the titles of Building Engineer ll, as well as the SDBEA's "Building Engineer of the Year" for 2022. He joined the Gateway team at the beginning of 2023 and has been a tremendous asset.
