Irvine Company Office Properties celebrates the exceptional performance of David Marino and JP Roach of Hughes Marino in negotiating the relocation of Vyaire Medical, Inc. for 185,000 SF to The Quad @ Discovery Business Center. By square footage, the Vyaire Medical Inc. lease is the largest new office lease in Orange County this year for the Irvine Company.
David is Executive Vice President of Hughes Marino and represents tenants in their lease and purchase transactions of commercial space. He specializes in high-value, time-critical and complex transactions for technology, life science and business service companies. David is an expert in the strategic planning, market assessment, financial analysis, business terms structuring and negotiations aspects of commercial real estate.
JP is Senior Vice President of Hughes Marino in Orange County and focuses on representing corporate tenants throughout Southern California. His unique background in both business and law allows him to provide an effective and unique form of advocacy for his clients.
