Irvine Company has announced the addition of Stephanie Heiple, a workplace strategist and designer, to its operations team.
Heiple will focus on the company’s new and innovative Flex Workspace+ program, which offers flexible lease terms starting at six months. The program also offers private, turnkey tailored spaces, including curated furniture and individualized interior branding. In July, JLL predicted that the flexible workspace industry could triple in the next decade and account for 30 percent of all office space.
Heiple specializes in aiding companies physical workspace design to maximize their business objectives, inspire employees, and enhance corporate culture. As employers return to work following COVID-19, Heiple helps them create layouts that ensure furniture settings and interior environment promote safe social distancing without compromising performance.
“It is my mission to create flexible workplaces unique to every customer,” she said. “The interior environment directly impacts users’ productivity and performance; it’s extremely important that these spaces are curated with the company’s business and cultural strategies in mind. Interiors should always be a source of inspiration and allow occupants to produce their best work.”
Heiple joins Irvine Company from Ware Malcolmb and holds a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
