LOS ANGELES, Calif. (April 18, 2022) — Irvine Company announced today that two law firms and an institutional investment management firm signed leases at the iconic landmark building at 2121 Avenue of the Stars, the 34-story high rise workplace located in the heart of Century City.

With a combined total of nearly 70,000 square feet, the new customers are:

  • SSI Investment Management LLC, an institutional investment management firm, leased 11,600 square feet, represented by John Bertram and Jeff Cowan of Savills
  • Robins Kaplan LLP, a national litigation and trial law firm that recently commemorated 25 years of client service in Los Angeles, leased 23,000 square feet, represented by Clay Hammerstein and Danny Rees of CBRE
  • Miller Barondess LLP, a litigation law firm, leased 33,000 square feet, represented by Mike Arnold of NAI Capital
