Starting this summer, you won’t have to go very far to find incredible food during your work day.
UCI Research Park will soon open the doors to a brand-new, unique dining option — Herb & Ranch. Developed by Top Chef alumni Brian Malarkey, the micro-food hall will feature a variety of fresh, flavorful cuisines.
Opening Summer 2019, Herb & Ranch will feature:
- 5 food stations with a variety of chef-inspired cuisines
- Indoor-outdoor dining and seating
- Onsite organic gardens
- Monthly pop-up events and Farmers Market
Based on the design concept of a contemporary farmhouse, the open, light-filled interior design will be complemented by expansive outdoor patios with ample seating.
Award-winning celebrity Chef and Top Chef finalist Brian Malarkey will be leading the Herb & Ranch culinary team. Malarkey’s award-winning restaurant Herb & Wood is located in the gastronomically desirable Little Italy neighborhood of San Diego.
This exciting new dining experience completes the new amenity hub at UCI Research Park and complements the other enjoyable dining options throughout campus, including Specialty’s Cafe & Bakery, Starbucks, rotating food trucks and regular pop-up events like Taco Tuesday.
When it opens late summer 2019, Herb & Ranch is bound to be the newest hot spot to meet up and dine in for the workplace community at UCI Research Park.
Herb & Ranch will be located on the first floor of 5301 California, adjacent to The Commons at UCI Research Park.
