SANTA CLARA, CA—Coronado Park @ The Square business campus is located off Highway 101 and Bowers Avenue on Coronado Drive and Scott Boulevard, minutes to San Jose International Airport. It is located across the street from Whole Foods Market, and several outdoor cafés and restaurants at Santa Clara Square® Marketplace.

With seven buildings and more than 76,000 square feet of modern workspace, the property owned by Irvine Company Office Properties features open-air workspaces with refreshed interiors, upgraded landscaping and branding opportunities via on-building signage.

“Our research shows that customers desire the connections we offer between interior workspaces, outdoor work and gathering spaces,” Todd Hedrick, regional vice president, Irvine Company, tells GlobeSt.com. “At 3200 Coronado Park, we’ve incorporated a patio that features plush seating ideal for outdoor meetings, taking a break or simply enjoying the coastal California lifestyle.”

Available office space and freestanding buildings at Coronado Park range from approximately 4,800 square feet to 9,750 square feet, totaling more than 76,000 square feet of space. One tenant that appreciated the creative aspect of the campus is storytelling and business communications firm Duarte Inc.

Duarte has leased an entire 25,000-square-foot building at 3200 Coronado Park. It will move next month from 755 N. Mary Ave. in Sunnyvale, also owned by Irvine Company.

Duarte will be the first tenant at the newly revitalized business campus. The firm joins Santa Clara Square® customers Advanced Micro Devices, Cambridge Industries Group and Ericsson.

Irvine Company worked directly with Duarte and its internal team on the lease. Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed.

“Coronado Park is the ultimate business campus and we’re glad that Duarte will remain in the Irvine Company family,” said Hedrick. “The space will provide a great foundation for the success of a forward-thinking company like Duarte.”

Duarte officials said it chose Coronado Park because of the quality of the business campus, the outdoor spaces and the opportunities for employees to innovate and collaborate.

“Duarte uses storytelling to transform communicators, and Coronado Park provides the perfect setting to grow th agency and training practice,” said Nancy Duarte, CEO of Duarte Inc. “The location is beautiful and a convenient way to seamlessly continue our creative momentum.”

Duarte Inc. clients include global organizations such as Boston Consulting Group, Cisco, Hyperloop One, Salesforce and VMWare, as well as author Michael Pollan, former vice president Al Gore and former treasury secretary Timothy Geithner.
