Last week the California Landscape Contractors Association held their big annual awards gala in Silicon Valley. The top award of the night was the "Stuart J. Sperber Memorial Sweepstakes Trophy - Best in Show" which we were able to win in partnership with our long time service provider, Brightview Landscape who both installed and maintains the landscape and renowned architect Burton Landscape Architect Studio who designed it. Savills Studley has signed a long-term lease for a 17.7k sf, full floor at 520 Newport Center Dr in Newport Beach. The firm will occupy the building’s eighth floor, the last available space in the prestigious office tower, in September of this year. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
