Irvine Co. Announces New Leases at 200 Spectrum Center
After signing six new leases at 200 Spectrum Center Drive, the Irvine Company has announced that the 21-story office tower is now 93 percent leased just one year after opening.
The 323-foot tall glass tower, designed by the architecture firm Pei Cobb Freed, contains 426,000 square feet of office space, served by an attached parking garage. The new leases comprise approximately 50,000 square feet, and are higlighted by Crown Castle, a wireless technology infrastructure firm that expanded its existing office onto an additional floor. Crown Castle now occupies over 66,000 square feet within three levels of the tower.
Neudesic, another tech firm, will relocated from its current home at 100 Spectrum Center Drive to 14,000 square feet within 200 Spectrum Center.
The last remaining space in the building is its top floor.
The success of 200 Spectrum Center, which houses tenants such as Mazda North America and WeWork, has prompted Irvine Co. to construct a second office tower at 400 Spectrum Center Drive.
