Duarte, Inc. Signs 25,000-Square-Foot Lease For Entire Building At Coronado Park @ The Square
Irvine Company announced today that storytelling and business communications firm Duarte, Inc., has leased an entire 25,000-square-foot building at 3200 Coronado Park @ The Square. Duarte will be the first customer at the newly revitalized, freestanding business campus.
Coronado Park delivers all the vibrancy and access of its Silicon Valley address with the added value of a dynamic, enriching lifestyle. It is located across the street from Whole Foods Market and several outdoor cafés and upscale restaurants at Santa Clara Square Marketplace. It also offers companies the unique opportunity to occupy buildings ranging from 5,000-25,000 square feet.
Duarte will move from 755 N. Mary Avenue in Sunnyvale, also owned by Irvine Company, this August.

Available office space and freestanding buildings at Coronado Park range from approximately 4,800 square-feet to 9,750 square-feet, totaling more than 76,000 square-feet of space.
The business campus is ideally located off Highway 101 and Bowers Avenue on Coronado Drive and Scott Boulevard in Santa Clara. It is conveniently close to public transportation, and is just 10 minutes to San Jose Airport.
Duarte joins Santa Clara Square customers Advanced Micro Devices, Cambridge Industries Group and Ericsson.
Irvine Company worked directly with Duarte and their internal team on the lease. Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed.
