Flow classes focus on connecting movement with breath. Most classes draw from a range of yoga traditions, blending together sun salutations, standing postures, dynamic stretching and pranayama (breathing practices). These classes help to improve focus and mental clarity, build strength, reduce stress and increase vitality. This class is slower paced and good for all levels of experience. More time is spent breaking down the poses and modifications are offered to suit a range of practitioners.
