• A Reimagined Arrival Experience. Featured updates include a new coffee bar, a new media wall showcasing the work of local artists, and new white oak and stone paneling with white terrazzo flooring
• One-of-a-Kind Riverfront Dining. We’re adding an indoor-outdoor bar area and lounge overlooking the river, perfect for exclusive company events
• New Venue Meeting & Event Space. This hospitality-level conference center will offer riverfront views, seamless technology integrations and flexible layout options, including a large multi-purpose room, boardroom, a smaller conference room, two pre-function areas and private phone rooms.
• Expanded KINETIC Fitness Center. This space will feature state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, resort-style locker rooms and a new dedicated studio for group fitness classes, personal training and physical therapy services

Construction is expected to be complete by late 2025. During this time, enjoy full access to the temporary conference center on the 18th floor.
