New Craft Coffee Bar
Early 2026 will bring the debut of Kafe Mera, a Greek-inspired coffee and pastry bar, featuring a curated menu of handcrafted espresso drinks, fresh pastries and savory handhelds.
Riverfront Terrace & Lounge
The upgraded, indoor-outdoor Riverfront Terrace and Lounge will be the ideal location for hosting client gatherings or company events. Paired with an elevated Mediterranean dining concept from DineAmic Hospitality, 300 North LaSalle becomes an engaging, day-to-night destination for teams.
Construction has begun and is scheduled to be completed in Summer 2026.
Enhanced Fitness Center
Recharge in the renovated, private Kinetic Fitness, featuring state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength-training equipment and resort-style locker rooms.
