Meet the Team
Jeff has over 24 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to partnering with the Irvine Company and managing 71 South Wacker Drive, Jeff managed two Class A CBD properties, a Class A Suburban Office building, Class A+ Suburban Office Complex and nineteen industrial properties.
Jim began his career in commercial property management managing a portfolio of institutional shopping centers and strip centers. He joined JLL as an Assistant General Manager in 2022.
Brittany has been a manager in commercial real estate for over five years. Prior to that she worked in Corporate Accounting for JLL assisting the Midwest and Great Lakes property management teams. She uses her management experience and accounting background to bring the best possible service to the customers and client.
Rachael grew up in the Chicago area and graduated from Indiana University in 2022 with a B.S. degree in finance. She recently joined the team at the end of 2022.
Nick is a native of Washington state and graduated with a Bachelor of Music from Pacific Lutheran University, as well as a Master of Music from Indiana University Bloomington. He now lives in Chicago and joined JLL in 2023 as a Tenant Services Representative.
Kerry has more than 25 years of experience in real estate accounting, both commercial and residential, representing Ownership. Kerry has been an Accounting Manager for JLL for over 15 years.
Julia grew up in Aurora, IL, and lived there for 17 years before moving to Budapest for a year. Afterward, she studied English Literature for two years at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee before completing her degree at DePaul University in Chicago, where she now works as an Accounting Property Associate at 300 North LaSalle.
Brian has been with Irvine Company since 2015 and managing the engineering team at 300 North LaSalle since 2009. Brian has experience opening, commissioning, and operating commercial buildings in the Chicago area. He was previously a United Association Journeyman Fitter Foreman and is now an IUOE journeyman stationary engineer.
Martin has been an engineer for 14 years and has been at 300 North LaSalle since 2011. He was promoted to Assistant Chief Engineer in 2018.
Tim has been in the security field for 30 plus years. Tim joined the 300 North LaSalle Team in January of 2011.
