Debbie has full responsibility for financial and reporting requirements at the property, as well as lease administration and oversight of tenant services. She also facilitates management of the fitness center and the cafeteria. Debbie is the primary liaison between customers and the management team.

Jenny is responsible for managing all day-to-day activities at the property including engineering, housekeeping, construction, and sustainability initiatives.  She is the main contact for all contractor activity.

Grant oversees all aspects of property security and life safety, including overseeing the security staff and the Guest Services staff and managing access control systems and procedures and dock operations. Grant also administers parking in the reserved garages.

Pam manages all accounting functions for the building, including budgets, rent statements, and financial statements. She is also responsible for managing cash activity and for coordinating audits and tax matters.

Giovanna coordinates the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions and is directly responsible for issuance of monthly rent statements, in addition to assisting the Accounting Manager with other accounting activities.

Erica assists the Director of Operations in contract administration. She is the point of contact for dock scheduling and for contractor issues.

Angela greets clients, customers, and visitors to the office and takes all incoming calls. She assists the Property Manager in lease administration and is the point of contact for service requests and customer certificates of insurance.

Sean is charged with effective daily leadership and administration of the engineering team in safely and effectively operating machinery and systems and quickly and professionally responding to the needs of the customers.

Jeff assists the Chief Engineer in oversight of the engineering staff to maintain building systems and respond to customer requests.
