The workplace improvements at Newport Gateway continue to progress. Here are the latest updates on the projects underway:
Parking Garage - The garage walkways are almost complete. Only a few details remain to be installed, including additional light fixtures and bases.
Plaza Pavilion - The pavilion utilities and fireproofing were recently installed and you will soon see white metal cladding on the outside of the structure. Still to come are heaters, speakers and electrical outlets.
Outdoor Space - New outdoor furniture will arrive mid-December and landscape improvements are also on the way.
Lobby Doors - Replacements doors will be installed in the new year.
