Meet the Team
Crystal oversees 1.5M sq.ft. of Campus Office properties in the Spectrum area. She is responsible for the overall customer experience and building operations including tenant improvement/construction, amenity interactions, and operating expense or lease-related assistance.
Dean Swisher joined Irvine Company in 2021 as a Senior Associate in the Office Division with previous experience in property management and customer service. He assists with rental payment, accounting/invoice questions, and general assistance or questions.
Riley began his career with Irvine Company in 2022 and holds a California Real Estate License. He assists with all general requests, building access and maintenance requests.
