Meet the Team - 18 Technology
Responsible for the overall customer experience and building operations including tenant improvement/construction, amenity interactions, and operating expense or lease-related assistance.
Sandra began at Irvine Company in Office Properties at Lakeview Business Center in 2022. She graduated from Cal State University, Fullerton.
Paul began his career with The Irvine Company in 2021 with our Apartments Division and can assist with maintenance requests, building access and general inquiries.

Meet the Team - 16 Technology
Lindsey joined the Irvine Company in 2010 and has worked at multiple properties in Orange County. She graduated from Cal State Long Beach and holds a California Real Estate Salespersons license. Lindsey can assist with lease questions, exterior modifications, landlord consents, and any issues with the leased premises.
Gina joined the Irvine Company in 2021. She graduated with a Master's Degree in Communication Management from University of Denver and has an extensive background in customer service and facilities management.
After 11 years in New York City, Kat moved back to California and joined Irvine Company in March 2023 as an Associate for Office Properties. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego in 2011 and received her California Real Estate License in 2023.
Nick joined the Irvine Company's Apartment Division in 2019 and transitioned to the Office Division in 2023 with a strong background in leasing and customer success. Nick can assist with service requests, event or outdoor reservations, and general assistance or questions.
