Madalyn has 14+ years of RE Leadership experience, overseeing Operations for SD Campus, Del Mar Heights and Mid-Rise portfolios, 4M SQFT. She also leads Parking operations for the Division.
Coral Lovci joins our Del Mar Heights portfolio as a real estate professional with over 16 years of leadership experience. Coral holds her MBA in Organizational Leadership and has worked throughout various markets including downtown San Diego, La Jolla, University Towne Centre, and Sorrento Valley.
Yuliana graduated from SDSU with a B.S. in Business Management. She joined the Irvine Company in 2019 and brings years of Customer Service experience to the Del Mar Heights team.
Isa joined the Irvine Company in 2018 after earning her Bachelor's from UC San Diego. Prior to joining the Del Mar team, Isa worked in our La Jolla portfolio and supported the Transportation and Mobility Committee.
Shannon joined Irvine Company in 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and previously worked as an administrative assistant in San Francisco.
Erik joined the Campus team with over 17 years of experience in building maintenance and repairs. He applies his strong expertise in HVAC and tenant comfort. Prior to joining the team he was at various locations as a Building Engineer and is a great asset to the team.
Steve graduated from the University of Idaho where he worked as a maintenance person for an apartment complex and developed a passion for building engineering. He joined the Irvine Company in 2016 as a Maintenance Technician and has quickly risen to the Chief position through hard work, positive attitude, and passion to learn.
Formerly an electrician, Erik joined Irvine Company in 2012. He has supported numerous properties in the UTC area including the La Jolla Centre, Plaza and Campus portfolios. His leadership and collaboration will be key to our Del Mar Heights team. Outside of work, Erik enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
Tim Cox has been with the Del Mar Heights Team for 2 years as a BE II. He has worked in the Engineering trade for 30+ years.
A native San Diegan who grew up in Ocean Beach, Tony joined Irvine Company in 2008 where one of his first assignments was to develop the Quality Cart. He has 28 years of customer experience which has been tremendously useful in creating resolutions for customer issues.
