Nicole has been with Irvine Company since 2002. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a California Real Estate license and has over 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. Nicole oversees 4.5M SF of Del Mar Heights and La Jolla/UTC.
Janet joined Irvine Company in 2007. During her tenure with the company she managed The Plaza at La Jolla Village and Symphony Tower. She joined the Campus Office team in 2013. She has 20 years experience in commercial property management, including retail, R&D, industrial and office.
Nicole began her career with The Irvine Company in 2016 supporting our Apartments Division and has 10 years of property management experience. Nicole has a BA in Political Science with a co-major in International Studies from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.
Aubrey has over 10 years experience in property management. She recently relocated to San Diego from the Orange County area. She is currently working towards her B.S. in Communications and CA Real Estate License.
Mike oversees the building Engineers and building projects for all of the downtown properties. Mike has been with Irvine Company since January 1999 and is a Graduate from SDCC with an AS degree in HVAC. He is also a motorcycle enthusiast and amateur photographer.
Kurt is responsible for the overall maintenance and operations of all critical building systems for the two buildings on the Centerside Campus totaling close to 500,000 square feet. Overseeing a team of three engineers, Kurt brings more than 27 years of commercial maintenance experience to the team.
Carlos has been with Irvine Company since 2016 at Centerside in Mission Valley before coming to 101 West Broadway in 2018. Carlos has been a valuable addition to the team and is always happy to help our customers. During his free time, Carlos likes to spend time with his family and play sports.
As Parking Operations Manager, Chris oversees the daily operations of the parking garage at Wells Fargo Plaza. Chris joined our team in September 2013 and in addition to managing the Wells Fargo Plaza garage, he oversees parking garage operations at 101 West Broadway, Horton Pacific and 225 Broadway

Isabel has been working with Paragon Services Janitorial for over 10 years. TIC team is kind and she loves keeping the building fresh during business hours. She has been a day porter for over 3 years now. A mother of 4, enjoys dancing and swimming.
With over 23 years janitorial experience working for Paragon Services Janitorial in an Irvine building, Nacho knows the property well and enjoys being part of the team. He enjoys soccer and working on different projects.
