101 West Broadway

Dan graduated with a B.S. in Finance from California State University, Chico, and he holds certifications from RPA, FMA, and BOMA.   He has been in the field of property management since 2002 and joined Irvine Company Office Properties in 2005.

As Chief Engineer, Billy oversees the daily operation and maintenance of 225 Broadway.  He has been part of Irvine Company since 2005 and brings more than 25+ years of experience.  Billy and wife Sheri of 38 years, enjoy camping with their two beautiful daughters: Courtney and Lindsey.

Nathan Gomez is a new member to The Irvine Company team. He provides engineering and technical support for the 101 West Broadway building. Born in San Diego, Nathan enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.

Roy is responsible for many aspects of the daily operations at 101 West Broadway.  He performs a variety of tasks each day that include addressing comfort issues in customer suites and completing preventative maintenance on the building’s operating systems.

Carlos is a new member of Irvine Company and is excited to be the new maintenance technician at Centerside as he eager to learn more about the buildings. During his free time, Carlos likes to spend time with his family and play sports.

Rachel has 4 years of experience as a corporate concierge for corporate office buildings in San Diego and Chicago. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys crafting up new projects at home, creating elaborate travel itineraries to new destinations, and trying new restaurants and events in San Diego.

As Regional Security Director, Johnny oversees the Security Operations of the entire downtown San Diego and Mission Valley portfolios.  Johnny has a broad range of experience in the military, law enforcement, and private security industry which includes 12 years of active duty service with the El Paso Police Department.

As Parking Operations Manager, Chris oversees the daily operations of the parking garage at Wells Fargo Plaza. Chris joined our team in September 2013 and in addition to managing the Wells Fargo Plaza garage, he oversees parking garage operations at 101 West Broadway, Horton Pacific and 225 Broadway

Isabel has been working with Paragon Services Janitorial for over 10 years. TIC team is kind and she loves keeping the building fresh during business hours. She has been a day porter for over 3 years now. A mother of 4, enjoys dancing and swimming.

With over 23 years janitorial experience working for Paragon Services Janitorial in an Irvine building, Nacho knows the property well and enjoys being part of the team. He enjoys soccer and working on different projects.
