Oversees Irvine Company Downtown San Diego portfolio which includes 101 W Broadway, 225 Broadway, 501 W Broadway, 600 W Broadway, Symphony Tower and Wells Fargo Plaza.
Janet joined Irvine Company in 2007. During her tenure with the company she managed The Plaza at La Jolla Village and Symphony Tower. She joined the Campus Office team in 2013. She has 20 years experience in commercial property management, including retail, R&D, industrial and office.
Nicole began her career with The Irvine Company in 2016 supporting our Apartments Division and has 10 years of property management experience. Nicole has a BA in Political Science with a co-major in International Studies from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.
Aubrey has over 10 years experience in property management. She recently relocated to San Diego from the Orange County area. She is currently working towards her B.S. in Communications and CA Real Estate License.
Nathan oversees the building Engineers and building projects for all of the downtown properties. Nathan has proven himself as a leader and a strong communicator through his time as a Chief Engineer in the downtown San Diego portfolio.
Al's accomplishments at Wells Fargo Plaza and Symphony Towers involved a number of complex projects. These experiences combined with his professionalism and attention to detail will set him up for success in his new role at 225 Broadway.
Robert is a San Diego native who joined Irvine Company Apartment Communities in 2012. In 2017, Robert transitioned to Irvine Company Office Properties, bringing years of valuable maintenance experience to The Plaza. His dedication and genuine demeanor have set him up for success as a Lead at 225 Broadway & 101 West Broadway.
Edgar began working with The Irvine Company in September 2015. Prior to joining us he worked for an apartment community in San Diego. Edgar has over 18 years of building maintenance experience.
Carlos has been with Irvine Company since 2016 at Centerside in Mission Valley before coming to 225 Broadway in 2018. Carlos has been a valuable addition to the team and is always happy to help our customers. During his free time, Carlos likes to spend time with his family and play sports.
Rafael was with Irvine Company Apartments for 8+ years during which he provided exceptional customer experience. He has a great understanding of electrical, plumbing, drywall repair, painting and appliances.
Michael has been proudly serving the Irvine Company Office Properties portfolio for 11 years. Michael has overseen the La Jolla Portofolio and is now Downtown as our Regional Director.
As Parking Operations Manager, Chris oversees the daily operations of the parking garage at Wells Fargo Plaza. Chris joined our team in September 2013 and in addition to managing the Wells Fargo Plaza garage, he oversees parking garage operations at 101 West Broadway, Horton Pacific and 225 Broadway
Diana has spent 12+ years working for Paragon Services Janitorial in an Irvine Company Property. She has 20+ years in the janitorial industry. Hobbies: Mountain Climbing and Walking.
