Chrissy is a graduate of CSU Chico with a degree in International Relations. She has been with Irvine Company over nine years, having previously been part of the Operations teams at several downtown properties and at low rise and campus properties in UTC.
Marisa joined the Irvine Company in 2014 and has 10+ years of property management experience. Marisa has a wealth of experience in facility operations and has a passion for solving problems. She spends her free working on DIY projects and exploring new outdoor hobbies.
Andrea joins Irvine Company with over 10 years experience in a variety of leasing, operations, and development roles. Andrea’s real estate and leadership experience along with her professionalism, attention to detail, and organizational skills make her a great asset to the team.
Tania joined the Irvine Company in January 2022. Tania has over 6 years experience in commercial property management and a background in Clinical Psychology.
Hannah joined the Irvine Company in July 2022 and has a background in operations management across the service industry for 5+ years. Her attention to detail coupled with her strive for customer satisfaction will make a great addition to the Customer Resource Center team.
Mike oversees the building Engineers and building projects for all of the downtown properties. Mike has been with Irvine Company since January 1999 and is a Graduate from SDCC with an AS degree in HVAC. He is also a motorcycle enthusiast and amateur photographer.
Val Figueroa is an experienced commercial building engineer. He has worked at multiple Irvine Company properties since May 1998, and oversees Wells Fargo Plaza and Symphony Towers as Chief Engineer.
Joshua joined the Symphony Towers team in 2015. He has a background in electrical, plumbing, and masonry, and he provides excellent customer service with an enthusiastic and optimistic attitude. Joshua also enjoys listening to music and spending time with his family.
Lou has over 10 years of experience in building maintenance and engineering. Prior to working in building maintenance, Lou worked as a mason during the construction of Symphony Towers. In his spare time he enjoys camping and spending time with his family.
Jose Casillas started working for Irvine Company in 2020 as a service technician for apartments at Harborview. Prior to that he was working in restaurants for over 24 years. In his spare time he likes doing repairs around the house, spending time with his family, and traveling.
Wanda has been a part of the Irvine Company since 2011. In her free time she enjoys visiting National Parks throughout the U.S., hiking and spending time with family.
Sofia has been working for Paragon Services Janitorial in The Irvine Company properties for over 13 years. She loves working with the team and everyone is always kind to each other. Sofia enjoys spending time with her kids, with the elderly and at church.
Yirehel joined the team in June 2011 and is graduating in Spring 2022 with a Bachelors degree in Architecture. Yirehel brings more than 15+ years in customer service experience including HOA management. As Parking Operations Manager, he oversees the daily operations of the parking garage, valet, and complimentary shuttle services.
