Nicole has been with Irvine Company since 2002. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a California Real Estate license and has over 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. Nicole oversees 4.5M SF of Del Mar Heights and La Jolla/UTC.
Sadie has been with Irvine Company for over 6 years and has experience in the Downtown, Mission Valley & UTC markets. She currently manages operations for the 840k sq ft Mid-Rise portfolio.
Ali is a graduate of Azusa Pacific University with a B.S. in Organizational Leadership. She joined Irvine Company in 2016 as an Assistant Manager with the apartments division prior to joining The Plaza in 2019. Ali has over ten years experience in leadership, customer service and management.
Jamie has been with Irvine Company for almost 20 years, beginning her journey in the Apartment division. During her tenure with ICAC, Jamie supported all San Diego communities and played a key role in onboarding and training, coaching and business planning.
Erika has been with Irvine Company for over 6 years and recently joined the Office Division from Irvine's Apartments Division. She brings her years of customer service experience and knowledge to the Mid-Rise portfolio.
Ava joined Irvine Company with previous experience in residential and commercial real estate. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management Economics from University of California, Santa Cruz. Ava looks forward to assisting the Mid-Rise portfolio and creating positive customer experiences.

Erik joined the Campus and Del Mar Heights team with over 17 years of experience in building maintenance and repairs. He applies his strong expertise in HVAC and tenant comfort. Prior to joining The Irvine Company, he was at various locations as a Building Engineer and is a great fit for the team.
Devin joined The Irvine Company in 2009 starting at 501. W. Broadway in Downtown San Diego, and joined the La Jolla Square team in 2017. Prior to joining The Irvine Company, he was a Facilities Technician and worked in construction.
With over 19 years ofexperience, Oscar joined the Irvine Company family at the end of 2010, beginning at 101W. Broadway, and is now contributing his expertise to the La Jolla Gateway team. Prior to joining us, he worked as an engineer with ABM for 7 years and provides a blend of first-rate HVAC, electrical, and plumbing skill sets
Christian began working for the Irvine Company as a Maintenance Tech in 2018. In the last few years, he has been promoted several times and now holds the titles of Building Engineer ll, as well as the SDBEA's "Building Engineer of the Year" for 2022. He joined the Gateway team at the beginning of 2023 and has been a tremendous asset.
Bryan joined The Irvine Company in 2018 starting in the Apartments division prir to joining the Mid Rise Team. He brings over 8 years of maintenance experience with him and is a great addition to the team.
Josh has worked in facility maintenance in different capacities, most recently with the Athenaeum Music and Arts Library in La Jolla. His understanding of building systems and his customer service focus make him a great addition to the team.
