Neil joined Irvine Company in 2012 in our San Diego region and has recently returned after supporting our Orange County portfolio since 2014. Neil holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a California Real Estate license and has over 13 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate.
Natalie is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach who joined Irvine Company in August of 2016. Prior to joining Irvine Company, Natalie was a supervisor at a benefits consulting firm and brings years of Customer Service.
Ashleigh began working with the Irvine Company in January of 2018. She attended Florida A&M University in Tallahassee Florida on a sports scholarship pursuing her Public Relations degree. In her spare time she enjoys creating new and fun experiences with her husband and daughter.
Michael is a graduate of California State University, Chico, who joined the Irvine Company in 2021. Michael started with the company in Orange County, supporting two teams in the Campus Office portfolio. He transferred to the La Jolla Square team in August 2022, and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and customer service experience.
Julia Capitano has joined Irvine Company as Associate, Operations. Julia joins us from Boise State University where she recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She is eager to assist the customers at La Jolla Square with their day to day inquiries
Alberto is the Chief Engineer for La Jolla Square. He has been with Irvine Company since 2010 and has worked at The Plaza and La Jolla Gateway. Prior to joining Irvine Company, Alberto worked in construction for 8 years.
John Morgan, a 2002 SDSU business graduate, has been with ACE Parking for 12 years and is currently the Senior Operations Manager for Irvine Company’s San Diego portfolio. Located on site, John is readily available to assist with all parking related questions or concerns.
