Neil joined Irvine Company in 2012 in our San Diego region and has recently returned after supporting our Orange County portfolio since 2014. Neil holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a California Real Estate license and has over 13 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate.
Marin joined the Irvine Company in 2015, after she graduated from SDSU with a B.S. degree in Psychology. Marin is responsible for the daily operations of Centerside and brings over 7 years experience in commercial property management. Her former properties consisted of 501 West Broadway, Wells Fargo Plaza, SD Campus, and La Jolla Square.
Carlo joined Irvine Company in the spring of 2022 and has been surrounded by the Real Estate industry from a young age. Prior to joining the Centerside team, Carlo worked on the vendor side of the industry with a wood restoration company.
Responsible for overseeing the entire engineering department in San Diego.
As Senior Chief Engineer, Bob oversees all aspects of building operations in the La Jolla UTC market. He has more than 20 years of engineering experience and is a master electrician.
Mike joined The Irvine Company in November of 2011 starting in La Jolla. Prior to joining, he was an electrician with more than 12 years of experience in commercial and industrial buildings. Mike graduated from SDSU in 2003 with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering.
Erick has been engineer with Irvine Company since February 2009. He previously worked at Wells Fargo Plaza in downtown San Diego. In his free time, he enjoys long road trips with his three lovely children. He also enjoys cooking and spending time with his family and close friends at the park.
Tim has over 30 years of experience in facility/ building maintenance and construction trades. He has worked in San Diego for 18 years and has supported numerous properties as a Building Engineer. Outside of work Tim enjoys spending time with family and bike riding.
Michael has been proudly serving the Irvine Company Office Properties portfolio for 11 years. Michael has overseen the La Jolla Portofolio and is now Downtown as our Regional Director.
Rosa has been working with Paragon Services Janitorial for over 3 years, and as a day porter for The Irvine Company properties the same. She is a hard working and responsible employee, and always willing to lend a hand. She previously owned a daycare center, is a happy wife and mother of three. Her hobbies include cooking.
