Meet the Team
Nicole has been with Irvine Company since 2002. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a California Real Estate license and has over 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. Nicole oversees 4.5M SF of Del Mar Heights and La Jolla/UTC.
Danielle has 9+ years of real estate leadership experience. She is a native of San Diego, received her Bachelor of Science and Business Administration degree from Northern Arizona University, and holds her Masters in Business Administration.
Scott joined Irvine Company Retail Division in 2015 after earning his Bachelor's from UC Irvine. In 2020 he joined Irvine Company Office supporting La Jolla Center as their Senior Associate. Scott now joins the San Diego Campus Portfolio as an Assistant Manager, Operations.
Amanda Lodge joined the Irvine Company in 2019 as a Senior Associate. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University and has worked in various positions at escrow, title and property management companies.
Audrey joins us from the hotel industry and joined the Irvine Company in 2022. Audrey’s experience in customer service along with her professionalism, attention to detail and organizational skills make her a great asset to the Campus Team.
Jaime joins Irvine Company from AmeriLife in Central Florida where he was a licensed broker in life insurance and Medicare. Prior to that, he was a Corporate Tax Analyst Intern at The Walt Disney Company. Jaime’s financial acumen and strong accounting background will make him an excellent addition to the team.
Erik joined the Campus and Del Mar Heights team with over 17 years of experience in building maintenance and repairs. He applies his strong expertise in HVAC and tenant comfort. Prior to joining The Irvine Company, he was at various locations as a Building Engineer and is a great fit for the team.
David joined our team in March 2018. Prior to Irvine Company, David worked as a journeyman plumber. He brings 8 years of Residential Maintenance experience and 17 years of Commercial Office Maintenance experience to the Eastgate team.
Andrew joined the Eastgate team in 2017. Prior to joining Irvine Company Andrew served in the Navy for 4 years as a Machinist Mate. He served in Japan, Hawaii and most recently San Diego where he has decided to stay. Andrew is from upstate New York and enjoys snowboarding in his free time.
Jared joined the Eastgate team in May 2018. He has 10 years of Maintenance experience and also spent 6 years as a Handyman in Construction prior to joining Irvine Company. Jared is a California native who enjoys surfing in his free time.
