Madalyn has 12 years of Real Estate Leadership experience, overseeing the Operations for San Diego Campus and Del Mar Heights Portfolios, approximately 3M RSF.  She oversees Parking Operations for Irvine Company Office Properties and has her MBA in Organizational Leadership from Brandman/Chapman University.

Joining Irvine Company in July of 2011, Keri Ann currently manages the operations at Eastgate. Previously, Keri Ann assisted with the operations of 225 Broadway located in downtown San Diego and has experience in both high-rise and campus buildings located in both the UTC and downtown San Diego portfolios.

Kristin joined the Irvine Company in 2015 with our Apartments Division where she worked as part of the sales team throughout San Diego. She is native to San Diego and earned her B.A. from the University of California Santa Barbara. She offers years of customer service and sales experience and assists in the daily operations for our La Jolla UTC portfolio.

Caitlin started her career with Irvine Company in January 2017 with the Apartment Division in Orange County. She has assisted in the operations of the Del Mar Heights portfolio prior to joining the Campus team. Caitlin received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton.

David joined our team in March 2018. Prior to Irvine Company, David worked as a journeyman plumber. He brings 8 years of Residential Maintenance experience and 17 years of Commercial Office Maintenance experience to the Eastgate team.

Andrew joined the Eastgate team in 2017. Prior to joining Irvine Company Andrew served in the Navy for 4 years as a Machinist Mate. He served in Japan, Hawaii and most recently San Diego where he has decided to stay. Andrew is from upstate New York and enjoys snowboarding in his free time. 

Jared joined the Eastgate team in May 2018.  He has 10 years of Maintenance experience and also spent 6 years as a Handyman in Construction prior to joining Irvine Company. Jared is a California native who enjoys surfing in his free time.

Alberto has worked with Paragon services Janitorial for 13 years. He brings with him over 15 years of experience in the field. He is the Lead Day Porter, overseeing a team of 7 day porters for TIC. He lives by the motto “always do better and try everything”.
