As the Manager at the San Diego Campus Office, Victor provides support to the customers and the management team in their efforts to provide the best in the customer experience. Bringing 15 years of management experience to the team, he has worked with the Irvine Company for three years.

Melissa joins us from our Apartments Division where she worked beginning in 2014. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Juniata College where she played varsity softball for the Eagles; she holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership and California Real Estate Salesperson license.

Marin joined the Irvine Company in the spring of 2015 where she started with the company's apartment division. She holds a B.S. degree from San Diego State university and brings over 3 years experience in property management.

Sara joined the Irvine Company in the fall of 2018. She received her bachelor's degree in International Business, with a minor in Accountancy, from University of San Diego. She brings over 8 years of customer service experience to the team. She is a New Jersey native with a passion for animals. 

With more than 10 years experience in building maintenance, Erik joined the Executive Square Team as Chief Engineer in April 2013. Prior to that Erik was Chief Engineer at La Jolla Gateway, and a Building Engineer at Executive Square, La Jolla Center, and Centerside II.

Formerly an electrician, Erik joined Irvine Company in 2012.  He has spent the last 6 years supporting numerous properties in the UTC area, working his way up from Maintenance Teach to Building Engineer I, Building Engineer II, and most recently earning a promotion to Lead Engineer for our Campus Portfolio.

David joined our team in March 2018. Prior to Irvine Company, David worked as a journeyman plumber. He brings 8 years of Residential Maintenance experience and 17 years of Commercial Office Maintenance experience to the Eastgate team.

Joe joined our team in September 2014 and brings 13 years experience in HVAC repairs to the Irvine Company.  He retired from the Navy in 2002 after serving for 22 years.

Andrew joined the Eastgate team in 2017. Prior to joining Irvine Company Andrew served in the Navy for 4 years as a Machinist Mate. He served in Japan, Hawaii and most recently San Diego where he has decided to stay. Andrew is from upstate New York and enjoys snowboarding in his free time. 

Jared joined the Eastgate team in May 2018.  He has 10 years of Maintenance experience and also spent 6 years as a Handyman in Construction prior to joining Irvine Company. Jared is a California native who enjoys surfing in his free time.
