Kim Yglesias Director, Operations

Kim brings over 18 years of commercial real estate experience to the team. Prior to joining the Irvine Company in 2011, Kim managed 1.4 million sq.ft. for AMB Property Corporation. She oversees the operations for the Santa Clara Gateway and Sunnyvale portfolio. Kim holds a BA in Psychology

Tamra Gaspar Manager, Operations

Prior to beginning her career with the Irvine Company in 2013 as an Associate, Tamra was a manager in the insurance industry for nine years. She received her bachelor's degree in Communication from San Jose State University.

Theresa Nguyen Assistant Manager, Operations

Theresa began her career with Irvine Company in 2013 in Southern California and has worked on various Irvine properties prior to joining the Northern California team. Theresa helps oversee the operations for the Sunnyvale portfolio. She graduated with a BA in Business Administration at Cal State Fullerton.  

Aneka Espinoza Associate, Operations

Aneka joined the Irvine Company in spring of 2015 with the Apartment division. She transitioned over to the Office division in May 2018 and supports the Sunnyvale operations team.
