Since joining the Irvine Company in 2008, Shannon has led her team to win BOMA’s TOBY award – International distinction, obtained a LEED Gold designation for the building through the U.S. Green Building Council, and received the BOMA 360 designation for energy and sustainability performance.
Brittany joined the team at 2121 Avenue of the Stars in July 2015. After graduating from Chapman University, she worked in parking management for 4 years in Orange County.
Kaitlynn is a California Native who has been surrounded by the Real Estate industry from a young age. She has been in the industry for 3 years and previously worked on the vendor side of the industry at a high-rise window washing company.
Richard GilroyAssociate, Operations
Richard is a Los Angeles local who joined Irvine Company in June 2022. After graduating from UC Riverside, he has obtained a diverse background in customer service, digital media, and creative content. He is now pursuing a career in the Real Estate industry.
Justin has over 20 years of experience in the security field and has been the Security Director for Fox Plaza since 2005. Justin has a certification in CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) and is also a member of the Emergency Preparedness Council for Century City.
Arnold SalazarChief Engineer
Arnold has over 25 years of experience in the building maintenance field. He has been at an Irvine Company property since 2006. Arnold is the recipient of the 2013 BOMA Greater Los Angeles Awards of Excellence and the 2014 ABLE Engineering Services Engineer of the Year Awards.
Phil PattersonParking Supervisor
A Los Angeles native, Phil was raised in the midwest, moving back to California in 1987. He has worked in the parking business since 1994, starting as a valet with Ace Parking while in college and working his way to his current position, Portfolio Operations Manager on The Irvine Company Portfolio.
