Nicole has been with Irvine Company since 2002. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a California Real Estate license and has over 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. Nicole oversees 4.5M SF of Del Mar Heights and La Jolla/UTC.
Travis began his career with Irvine Company Office Properties in 2016 in Campus Office where he supported a variety of buildings and projects. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Travis oversees the entire La Jolla Center Property and the day to day operations.
Alyssa has been with Irvine Company since 2018. Prior to that, she graduated from California College with a degree in Accounting and worked for a national commercial real estate brokerage firm. Alyssa brings leadership, customer service excellence and many years of industry knowledge to the La Jolla Center team.
Stacy joined Irvine Company in the fall of 2021 in the Downtown San Diego market and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Cal Poly Pomona. She is a former Insurance Broker and brings years of customer service experience to the La Jolla Center team. She is passionate about creating customer experiences that liven up the workplace.
Katie joined the Irvine Company in the fall of 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton. She is a former Leasing Professional where she grew her knowledge in real estate and operations. She is strongly motivated by positive customer experiences and looks forward to assisting the La Jolla Center team.
Responsible for overseeing the entire engineering department in San Diego.
As Senior Chief Engineer, Bob oversees all aspects of building operations in the La Jolla UTC market. He has more than 20 years of engineering experience and is a master electrician.
Steve graduated from the University of Idaho where he worked as a maintenance person for an apartment complex and developed a passion for building engineering. He joined the Irvine Company in 2016 as a Maintenance Technician and has quickly risen to the Chief position through hard work, positive attitude, and passion to learn.
Lead Engineer Jorge has worked for the Irvine Company since 2008. Prior to joining the Del Mar Heights team Jorge worked with Irvine Company's La Jolla Square and La Jolla Center. Jorge brings great mechanical skills to the team and specializes in HVAC systems at La Jolla Center.
After relocating from Chicago to San Diego, Nick developed a passion for building engineering and was hired by the Irvine Company in 2016. He first worked at The Plaza and then became San Diego’s first roving engineer in the San Diego portfolio. Nick provides the experiences and technical support he has learned to the La Jolla Center buildings.
Daniel began his career with the Irvine Company in 2016 and prior to that he worked as a medical equipment technician. He previously supported La Jolla Square, Nobel, La Jolla Reserve and even some of our apartment communities. Throughout the years, Daniel has established great customer service, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC skills.
Maria started with the Irvine Company in 2011 in our Apartment Communities. Throughout her time there she developed knowledge and skills in electricity and plumbing. She started at La Jolla Center in 2021 and provides excellent customer service along with an optimistic attitude.
