Neil joined Irvine Company in 2012 in our San Diego region and has recently returned after supporting our Orange County portfolio since 2014. Neil holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a California Real Estate license and has over 13 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate.

Alberto is the Chief Engineer for La Jolla Square. He has been with Irvine Company since 2010 and has worked at The Plaza and La Jolla Gateway. Prior to joining Irvine Company, Alberto worked in construction for 8 years.
Fabian joined Irvine Company in late 2011 and has over 10 years of experience in building maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. He provides exceptional engineering and technical support to The Plaza team.
Luis joined Irvine Company Apartment Communities in 2016. In 2018, he joined the Office Properties division, bringing valuable maintenance experience to The Plaza team.
Michael has been proudly serving the Irvine Company Office Properties portfolio for 11 years. Michael has overseen the La Jolla Portofolio and is now Downtown as our Regional Director.
John Morgan, a 2002 SDSU business graduate, has been with ACE Parking for 12 years and is currently the Senior Operations Manager for Irvine Company’s San Diego portfolio. Located on site, John is readily available to assist with all parking related questions or concerns.
