Meet the Team

Mariya Parikova Senior Manager, Operations

Mariya began her career with Irvine Company in September 2016. Prior to Irvine, she worked at Stanford University SoM in the department of Office of Facilities Planning and Management. She holds a BS degree from San Jose State University.

Janira Iglesias Assistant Manager, Operations

Janira began her career with Irvine Company in July 2017 in residential property management. She made the transition to commercial property management in 2019 where she was responsible for all Northern California Retail Centers for Irvine Company. 

Teresa Martinez Senior Associate, Operations

Teresa began her career in residential property management and made the transition to commercial real estate. She joined the McCarthy Center Team as an associate in October 2021.

Kara Medina Associate, Operations

Kara joined the Irvine Company in July 2022 as an associate of the McCarthy Center Team. She holds a B.S Degree in Marketing and is currently pursuing her M.S Degree of Applied Psychology.
