SAN DIEGO, Calif. (July 24, 2023) — Irvine Company today announced CoStar Group has signed a lease for 45,700 square feet at One La Jolla Center, the modern 15-story high-rise in La Jolla UTC.
CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP), a leading provider of online real estate marketplaces, information and analytics in the property markets, plans to occupy the 4th and 5th floors with an estimated move-in date of Fall 2023. The company also leased in 2021 an entire four-story, 115,000 square foot building at Spectrum Terrace, Irvine Company’s recently completed 1.1M square foot campus located in Irvine.
