Because of Irvine Company’s Flex+ program, OC Solar was able to move from a workspace the team eventually outgrew at Venture Park to the company’s latest expanded headquarters at Innovation Office Park, all within a matter of weeks.
Most landlords require clients to commit to long-term leases, but that can be incredibly difficult for the business, Curcie explains.

When it came to selecting their newest HQ space, Innovation Office Park was a natural fit for OC Solar’s new HQ space, reflecting the company’s commitment to sustainability and quality.
“When we came and toured Innovation, there was really no runner up for us,” says Megan Torres, Director of Administration at OC Solar. “We knew we wanted to be here.
