Four premier companies chose Spectrum Terrace
and Discovery Park in Irvine for their new offices

IRVINE, Calif. (August 12, 2019)— Irvine Company today announced four leases totaling 194,000 square feet with existing customers who are expanding their presence, and celebrating their success, in Irvine Spectrum’s newest, industry-leading workplace communities.

All four companies — Kajabi, Hyperice, WeWork and Pacific Rim Capital — are expanding their footprints at Irvine Company’s new Spectrum Terrace or Discovery Park in Irvine. Both opened this summer.

“There is nothing more important to us than customer success. These forward-thinking companies have thrived at their current workplace community and selected one of our newest communities to support their continued growth. Irvine Company’s unparalleled portfolio offers adaptable solutions to meet our customers’ evolving workplace needs,” said Tom Greubel, vice president, leasing.

Greubel continued: “Our communities are more than just a place to work— they’re part of a larger ecosystem that drives business success. We focus on delivering hospitality-style service and unique amenities that power engaged, connected teams and support seamless business operations. Spectrum Terrace and Discovery Park are designed to be exceptional communities today, while being ready for what teams demand tomorrow.”

⦁ Kajabi, an all-in-one online business platform empowering entrepreneurs, experts and influencers, signed a lease at Spectrum Terrace for 43,789 square feet, an expansion of more than double their current space of 17,241 square feet at Sand Canyon Business Center.

“As we continue to lead the charge for making success in online commerce faster and easier, our growth and need for space admittedly caught us by surprise — heck it was only eight months. The Spectrum Terrace project truly embodies our core values as a company and the amenities are unparalleled. In the war for talent in Orange County, we couldn’t think of a better place to call home,” said Kenny Rueter, Co-Founder & CEO Kajabi.

⦁ Hyperice, creator of the world’s first high-performance portable ice compression device for athletes, signed a lease for 13,740 square feet at Spectrum Terrace. The space is nearly triple the company’s current workplace at 15440 Laguna Canyon Road.

“As a fast growing global health technology company, workplace culture is a top priority. For us, it is important to be a part of a thriving environment that values and inspires community, collaboration and innovation. Irvine Company’s Spectrum Terrace is the absolute perfect place for innovative companies and highly motivated people. We are excited!” said Jim Huether, CFO Hyperice

⦁ WeWork signed a lease to occupy an entire 116,261-square-foot building at Spectrum Terrace. The lease represents a major expansion for WeWork in Irvine Company Office Properties’ portfolio. The fast-growing global flexible workspace operator also leases workspace totaling more than 127,000 square feet at 200 Spectrum Center Drive, 400 Spectrum Center Drive and at Pacific Arts Plaza.

⦁ Pacific Rim Capital, North America’s largest independent lessor of Material Handling Equipment, signed a lease for 20,161 square feet — nearly an entire floor — at the recently completed new workspace at Discovery Park. The company is expanding into its new space from 13,055 square feet. They are moving from 15321 Laguna Canyon Road.

“We have prospered for many years in Irvine Company properties. Our move to the beautiful new building at Discovery Park will accommodate our continued growth as we celebrate our 30th anniversary. All of us at PRC are looking forward to settling into our new home and we thank the Irvine Company for its support and excellent service over the years,” said Dave Mirsky, CEO Pacific Rim Capital.
