- Robins Kaplan LLP, a national litigation and trial law firm that recently commemorated 25 years of client service in Los Angeles, leased 23,000 square feet, represented by Clay Hammerstein and Danny Rees of CBRE
- Miller Barondess LLP, a litigation law firm, leased 33,000 square feet
