Coming late summer 2026, Pacific Pearl Cafe brings a chef-driven dining experience to Newport Gateway designed to elevate the everyday.
Led by globally trained chef Michael Campbell, the new eatery will offer high-quality, thoughtfully crafted dishes that are designed for the pace of the workday including:
- Breakfast burritos and barista-made coffee
- Savory sandwiches, paninis, salads and wraps
- Ingredients that are free from gluten and seed oils
A complete renovation will also transform the space into a dynamic, design-forward destination with a fresh and modern aesthetic, featuring:
- Upgraded finishes and brand new furniture
- Seating for nearly 100 guests across lounges, nooks and bar seating
- An operable glass wall opening to the concourse for a more vibrant dining experience
