Los Angeles, Calif. (April 18, 2023) — Irvine Company announced today that it has signed nearly 63,000 square feet in new leases at 2121 Avenue of the Stars, the 34-story office tower in the heart of Century City. 

Some of the recent leases include:

  • AEW Capital Management, one of the largest real estate investment managers in the world, leased 18,864 square feet and was represented by Clay Hammerstein and Danny Rees of CBRE.
  • Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, an alternative asset manager, leased 23,450 square feet and was represented by John Bertram of Savills.

“The combination of 360-degree views, high-quality building amenities, and Irvine Company’s strength of ownership all played into our decision to relocate to 2121 Avenue of the Stars,” said a spokesperson from AEW Capital Management.

The iconic building has continued to see strong leasing activity, with more than 200,000 square feet of leases signed in the last year. Customers include Katten, Gursey Schneider LLP, Gondim Law Corporation, SSI Investment Management LLC, and Robins Kaplan LLP.

2121 Avenue of the Stars is currently undergoing a reinvestment to be completed this fall and will feature a market-exclusive meetings and events space, known as Venue. The fully-equipped conference center will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, premium finishes, plug-and-play technology, a hospitality-level lounge and event space to enhance meetings of any size, in-person or virtually.
