We’ve modified the configurations for our outdoor workspaces to support physical distancing. Following CDC guidance, we’ve added hand sanitizing stations and spacing reminders. With access to a variety of different outdoor options, your business can feel confident hosting everything from a small team meeting to a leadership training.
New Employee Onboarding. There’s more to onboarding than just learning new systems and processes. Building camaraderie, connection and mutual respect with coworkers is essential for new employees to thrive at work. But remote work eliminates the opportunities for many of these serendipitous moments.
