IRVINE, Calif. (May 25, 2021) — Irvine Company today announced CoStar Realty Information, Inc. has signed a lease at Spectrum Terrace, Orange County’s ultimate workplace destination located at the highly visible intersection of three freeways in Irvine Spectrum.
CoStar Group (NASDAQ:CSGP), the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces, plans to occupy the full 114,781-square-foot building at 17600 Laguna Canyon in late 2021. Michael Props of Savills represented CoStar.
Spectrum Terrace is now 80% leased.
