IRVINE, Calif. (March 08, 2022) — Irvine Company announced today that it leased nearly 10 million square feet of premier office space to about 1,000 forward-thinking companies in 2021, persuasive evidence the workplace remains a critical part of the evolving ecosystem of work. 

The total matches or exceeds the company’s performance during the pre-pandemic economic boom years of 2017-2019, company officials said.

The leasing success was especially evident at the company’s newest projects.
