Top-notch amenities create an environment in which employees can excel, say Gregg Haly and Kelly Kayl of CBRE.

The pair were recently recognized as Brokers of the Quarter for their efforts in a substantial new lease at Irvine Spectrum. Both say that as employees start returning to the office, company culture, knowledge exchange, and great amenities will be key to making that return successful. 

Spectrum Terrace, where they recently placed their client, certainly fits the bill.
