The four-story, Gateway at Torrey Hills buildings at 3570 and 3580 Carmel Mountain Road have a combined space of 198,000 square feet. Tenants include BDO USA, MINDBODY, Inc., and the law firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo.
